Fourth Grade students did such an amazing job on their Living Museum Day! Students researched historical figures and got into character to present to their classmates and teachers. Great job fourth grade!
Fourth Graders had tons of fun on their Fall field trip! They attended Revolutionary War Living History Day at Audubon State Historic site and learned all kinds of interesting things.

CIS Library Challenges November 2022
Please join us for Central High School's Grand Opening! Monday, December 12, 2022 5:30 -6:30 PM You do not want to miss our Wildcat Wonderland! Enjoy a tour of new campus facilities with refreshments and gift stations for participants. The CHS Jazz Band will perform, and the district’s talented music students will carol throughout the evening. All refreshments are being provided by the CHS culinary students. The December Central Community School Board meeting will be held immediately following the event. Hope to see you there!

Occupation Day was a HUGE success!! We got to see future lawyers, doctors, teachers, bloggers, gamers, astronauts, police officers, and more.
In October, our school celebrated Red Ribbon Week! Students got to dress according to the theme for each day.

Our 5th graders enjoyed a spooky field trip to the Myrtles Plantation. They learned the history behind the plantation, about the ghost of Chloe, and saw the most haunted mirror in America!
