Congratulations to our 2023-2024 Library Leaders
The National Junior Beta Club chapter at Central Intermediate School inducted nearly 100 students last week.
Did you know: fifth grade students are invited to join if they maintained a 3.4 GPA or higher throughout grades 1-4
The National Beta Club recognizes high academic achievement, promotes character and social responsibility, encourages service involvement to school and community, and fosters leadership skills.
Way to go, Wildcats!
Fourth Graders have been busy learning so much in Science and Social studies, from the Paleolithic World to weathering and erosion. Way to go scholars!
The Scholastic Book Fair is Coming October 2nd-6th. Students will be allowed to come each day as long as they have money. Create a free E-Wallet account. There are three ways to fund an account: Add money with a credit card, use funds from a previous E-Wallet, or invite friends and family to contribute to your child’s account.

Congratulations to all of our amazing students for receiving the CKH character award for August! These students were nominated by their teachers for showing empathy and we are so proud of them!! 😄
Every month we will honor one student from each homeroom class who is leading, learning, and growing by showing our CKH character trait of the month. September is focused on responsibility. Talk to your child about how they can show responsibility each and every day. We can’t wait to see who will be honored next! 😄
5th Grade practiced their decimal operations by creating and paying for their own dessert pizzas! Math... but make it delicious!
5th grade is learning all about Feudalism! The peasants we're very happy, but the Queen was sitting pretty at the top collecting all her goods!
Third grade has been learning all about forces in motion, and what makes an object move. Students used scooters to see cause and effect when they pushed and pulled the scooters.
